Product Coloration & Dimensions
Product color and quality as seen on a monitor may (or may not) vary slightly compared to actual items due to photography lighting conditions and individual screen color calibration.
PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE DIMENSIONS LISTED FOR EACH ITEM.
Items may be smaller or larger once in your hands than they appear on the computer screen and in pictures. This is why dimensions and details are provided for all of our items. There are no refunds or exchanges due to dissatisfaction with the size, shape, length, etc of any item.
Refunds & Exchanges
Currently, there are no refunds or returns for any items. On-sale items and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for any refunds or exchanges. All jewelry is final sale and not eligible for any exchanges.
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Exchanges are only eligible in case of a manufacturer's defect for the item you have received or if you received the wrong item.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically be given a credit for the same amount of your purchase if the exchange item is not in stock.
